Contemplate customizing your menu and pampering your guests with some of the following suggestions:

*Refresh your guests with non-alchoholic punch when they arrive.
  $1.50 per person plus HST & 15% gratuities.

*Add a glass of champagne with a slice of fresh strawberry. CHAMPAGNE MUST    BE SUPPLIED BY THE BAR. $1 per person plus HST & 15% Gratuities

*Add pass around hors d'oeuvres to your menu: 

  • Sweet BBQ meatballs
  • Hawiian chicken bites
  • Variety of phyllo pastries
  • Shrimp shooters
    $3.50 per person plus hst and 15% gratuities

*Add shrimp shooters as an hors d'oeuvre to your menu                                           $2.00 per person & hst and 15% gratuities

*Serve your guests an appetizer shrimp cocktail:                                       Five jumbo shrimp decorated with lettuce leaves and served with cocktail sauce   in a champagne glass.                                                                                      $8.00 per person plus HST, & 15% gratuities.

 


*Enhance your buffet with herb baked salmon garnished with fresh dill and           fresh lemon slices, tomato wedges, and cucumber rounds.
  $4.00 per person plus HST, & 15% gratuities.

*Place water glasses & carafes of ice water on your tables.                                       $1.00 per person & HST and 15% gratuities


*Add additonal skirting to tables.  Please inquire.


*Rent additonal tablecloths.
  $7.00 per cloth & HST

*Add a pasta course to your served dinner:

  • Traditional Italian lasagna and/or vegetarian lasagna
  •  Pasta prima vera with an alfredo, tomato or blush sauce
  • Butternut squash medaglioni con pesto
    $5.00 per person plus HST, & 15% gratuities.


*Add a soup course to your served dinner:

  • Creamy butternut squash with sauteed onions and tart apple soup
  • Creamy roasted carrot thai soup
  • Parsnip and wild rice mulligatawny soup
