 Choice of two main entrees:

    • 6 oz. grilled New York certified Angus striploin steak. Your choice of medium or well done. Served with brandy peppercorn sauce
    • 5 oz. grilled fresh salmon fillet served with lemon dill cream sauce
    • 6 oz. grilled chicken supreme served with brandy peppercorn sauce
    • 5 oz. grilled pork tenderloin with mango chutney
    • Grilled quarter chicken served with smokey bbq sauce
    • Tender grilled baby back ribs served with sweet bbq sauce (add $3.00 per person)

  • Creamy Caesar Salad.  Crisp hearts of romaine, with grated Grana Padano, seasoned croutons, red onion slices, bacon crisps with a creamy lemon garlic dressing
  • Strawberry Almond Salad.  Crisp medley of greens with fresh sliced strawberries, red onion slices, honey roasted almonds, crumbled goat cheese with our signature honey cider vinaigrette
  • Caprese Salad. Fresh sliced tomatoes, bocconcini, sliced red onions, basil leaves served on a lettuce bed with balsamic drizzle
  • Apple Pecan Salad. Baby spinach, crisp apple slices, pecans, sliced red onions, crumbled goat cheese served with our poppy seed vinaigrette
  • Greek Salad.  Medley of greens, fresh diced tomato and cucumber, sliced kalamata olives, sliced red onions with oregano olive oil dressing

With all of the above, your tables will be dressed with floor length white linen table cloths, complete china settings, and a choice of coloured linen napkins.  Skirting is placed on the head table and entrance table.  Skirting for other tables can be arranged for an additional cost
