Professionally dressed staff and an experienced manager to oversee your function.
Tables dressed with white, floor length linen table cloths, complete china settings, a choice of coloured linen napkins, and skirting on the head table and entrance table. Skirting for other tables can be arranged for an additional cost.
Buffets covered with white linen tablecloths and artfully decorated.
Pre-arranged children's portions (or special meals) and vegan / vegetarian dinners are available. Please let us know in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
We can make suggestions and recommendations for bar service, disc jockey and decorating service.
For weddings where the ceremony is performed on site, please add $1.00 per person to the menu prices as the room must be set up prior to your guests arrival at an earlier than normal time.
As per our contract, Mid-Knight Catering must be notified of the guaranteed attendance of your guests five days prior to the function date. In the event that the attendance is less than the guaranteed number, the customer must pay for the guaranteed number. If you think that you may have tentative guests, we can accommodate small numbers with advanced notice.
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Full payment as per contract.
